Seeden

Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and well-being
Seeden is an app designed to uplift your mood, inspire you to return, and help you feel proud of your progress. Built on the belief that positive experiences drive lasting change, Seeden transforms mindfulness into a meaningful and engaging journey.
Through an immersive augmented reality experience, your mindful exercises are turned into bespoke seeds that gradually evolve into thriving plants. Each step you take towards better wellbeing becomes something you can see grow and flourish.
Seeden features two evidence-based mindfulness exercises that have been scientifically shown to slow heart rate and improve mental wellbeing when practised consistently. Every completed exercise contributes to the growth of your unique seed, allowing it to develop into an enchanting plant. The more exercises you complete, the more your plant flourishes — a living reflection of your progress.
Augmented reality enhances this experience by creating a visual and engaging representation of your journey. Your seed and plant become symbolic markers of growth, representing both where you started and the direction you are moving towards. Seeden is more than just an app — it is a supportive tool designed to help nurture your mental wellbeing.
As you watch your personalised plant grow, you are reminded of the progress you have made. Seeden goes beyond simply completing exercises; it is about planting seeds of positivity and watching them blossom into a meaningful representation of your wellbeing journey.
With Seeden, every exercise is a step towards flourishing, and every plant is a testament to your personal growth.
Seeden is a data-driven augmented reality app that pairs with a smartwatch to help cultivate lasting, measurable wellness habits.
